2018 Volunteer Memory
It was a great joy to volunteer and be able to provide this opportunity to some of the kids I work with and to see their smiles at being able to experience something new. Seeing the families of those kids enjoy their children’s happiness and being so proud of how wonderful they did were the most memorable moments. This event is so important raising awareness and providing opportunities in a way that is sensitive and accommodating to their disabilities is a critical part of being inclusive. It was such a special weekend to volunteer. – Alana
